This is a foolish exercise in futility... Royalist Parties control over 2/3 of Parliament, this hasn't a hope of passing and by even introducing it into the legislature at this time the HRA realizes it will never pass.

So the HRA is referring to the ever increasing number of Royalist voters that have been consistently further and further giving Royalist parties power has "being in the dark." Does the HRA truly believe they are the only "enlightened" party in Hutorian politics?
