Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Here is the Communist Party's cabinet proposal. There are currently no parties in Parliament who we are willing to enter government with. The Communist Party stands for socialism in Darnussia and communism worldwide, and no other group in this country can achieve that other than the Communist Party themselves. We now suggest the other parties go about attempting to create a working coalition to ensure our country is not left entirely leaderless. We shall continue to fight for socialism, and fight for revolution. |

| Message | Dear colleagues, Well, this is blunt, but the Communists have a good point : our country is leaderless at the moment, more fractionned than it used to be. We ourselves saw that, but didn't want to take the initiative to propose a government, as we are the third party represented in the Reichstag. The thing is, we have many ideological disagreements, as we see it each party is pretty unique and support things another wouldn't support. Despite that, it must be possible for us to agree to form a workable government, either a minoritary one, as the Communists are proposing, or a coalition, as the last government was. For a government to be possible, any party must have the support of two other parties. From what we are seeing, the communists don't seem to be ready to accept to share the power.
