MessageMr Speaker,

We feel this method is the best solution to help underfunded parties, How else do you expect smaller parties to do well, parties can be underfunded and this finds a balance between being over funded and under funded. If campaigns aren't publicly financed, parties get unequal funding, where's this system allows parties go get a certain amount of money leveling the playing field.

Random fact: When you join the game, you will find yourself with only zero seats. That's because your party's representatives haven't been elected yet. You need to establish your party's position on issues by proposing several bills that your party wants passed and sending them to vote. This raises your visibility and if you do it enough, you will win seats at the next election.

Random quote: Wait a min was we tricked into voting for absolute monarchy (Jamie Jamesson, Chancellor of Luthori 4269-4310)
