If a Luthorian title shall be included, they must be follow the Valruzian title in parentheses/round brackets. Selucian (In Valruzian: Język salukyński / RL: Latin) may also be included . In the case of the national anthem, the national hymn shall be in Valruzian if the hymn includes lyrics. Versions in other languages may be included in addition to the Valruzian. Lyricless anthems are also permissible. |

Message | 52% secularist beliefs = nonsense The role of religion in Valruzia has greatly increased in the past 14 years. |

Message | Since we are looking for a these small errors I will be quite picky. Zeman should be Zuman throughout, I believe. Some statement should be made to allow for a national anthem without words. Since the current anthem include a Selucian (Latin) version, should we allow for it within State Institutions and national symbols? |

Message | OOC: Game mechanics still maintain that 60.04% of the population believes in a secular state (everyone from leaning to fanatically secular) fanatical secular 13.94% extreme secular 15.38% convinced secular 11.8% moderate secular 10.56% secular-leaning 8.36% total 60.04% Game mechanics say that "The role of religion in Valruzia has greatly increased in the past 14 years." = nonsense. 48% religious or adheres to some organised religion is already plenty generous and far more plausible. |

Random fact: Cultural Protocols should generally be reflective of RP conducted within the nation and should not significantly alter or modify the ethnic, religious or linguistic composition without considerable and reasonable role-play or other justification. |
