Answering to the Right Honourable Lucy Scott: 360 is a round number, in contrast to 355. Number 360 would also allow easier calculations of how much votes does any party need to pass their bills - of any kind.

We don't really see the need for this change, we will oppose though we are okay with a change of this small magnitude. If the Diet is expanded to a higher number which always seems to happen when Choice pops in every few years, we will strongly oppose the legislation.
