Bill: Economic Liberalization and Federalization Act (ELF)

Details

Submitted by[?]: National Freedom Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 3910

Description[?]:

An act encouraging private investment in our states and nation. This is in-keeping with the INP stance on federalism and more power to the states, and the NFP proposal that suggest market liberalization, protection for poor peoples, and private enterprise.

Article One- In keeping with the New Economy Treaty, the state shall not regulate the use of advertising and trusts its people to know right from wrong, truth from deception, fact from fiction.

Article Two- Instead of placing the burden of Civil Defense on private business and contractors, the state shall provide for its citizens a state of the art network of shelters and defensive installations should the worst possible scenario in a war occur.

Article Three- The poor still take advantage of the help they need but it open up energy to the private sector and allows another industry to open up for investment and innovation.

Article Four- Investment is investment and money doesn't discriminate. Our country should be as open as it can be to those who want to make Beluz and Beluzians better off and more wealthy.

Article Five- Protecting those that are neediest but not needlessly providing a service for those who can afford it themselves, this proposal allows a boom in the technology and wireless industry that will have access to an entirely new market, and gets government out of our phones, where they have no business being.

Article Six- Rather than limit our defense industry to only our strongest allies, our government knows who will use weapons against us and who will not, and these sales should be determined on a case by case basis, so as to not harm the national interest but not harm or limit industry either.

Article Seven- Allowing innovation to reach our armed forces is a national priority and should be approved post-haste. Corporations and individual engineers, outside of the bureaucracy, should be able to dedicate their time to making the weapons our army has better and more lethal, and make some money in the process.
