Defence Acquisitions: The Royal Hutorian Navy will acquire three (x3) 70,000 ton Aircraft Carriers that will be known as Queen Sarah Class (OOC: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Queen_Elizabeth-class_aircraft_carrier) Five (x5) 7,000 ton Ballastic Missile Nuclear powered Submarines that will be known as Sentinel class (OOC: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Astute-class_submarine) Aircraft to equip the Aircraft Carriers outlined in the Order. There will be subsequent plans to replace the Bekenial class Frigates and Mashacara class Destroyers in no less then ten (10) years. Construction on the Queen Sarah class Aircraft Carriers will commence immediately with a new one being launched every three years after the competition of the first one in 3912. Construction of the Sentinel classes will commence immediately with the the first to be completed by 3913, and a new one to be completed every subsequent 2 years until the completion of the current order. Hutorian Royal Air Force: The RHAF will acquire the Unionfighter and Unioncopter from the Artanian Union to compliment the Air Force that will be designated under new Hutorian designations to be decided upon delivery. Message | Mr. Speaker Thanks to the 3 percent increase in our LST we were able to bring in 16 billion HLR in additional reveune allowing us to afford this increase to Foreign Affairs and Defence without losing or decreasing any services and still sustaining a 2 billion HLR annual surplus.
