| In light of the recent aggressive actions of the Trigunian and Telamonese Governments we are hereby looking for Parliamentary Approval for the following actions and orders. 1. Military Readiness and Limited Mobilization of Military Units will occur in Adelia and Kenai. 2. The border between the Kingdom of Hutori and United States of Telamon will be shut until further notice and patrolled by elements of the Hutorian Armed Forces instead of the Hutorian Border Security Agency. 3. Any Consulates in the United States of Telamon will be shut in EXCEPTION for the Embassy in the Telamonese Capital for the purpose of allowing the Telamonese Government a chance for limited communication. 4. The terms of Article 3 will be repeated to the Telamonese Consulates throughout Hutori. The same will also occur to the Telamonese Embassy in Bekenial. 5. Any and all incursions on ANY Hutorian soil including Benson Air Force Base will be considered a declaration of war against the Kingdom of Hutori OOC: Secret Protocols. Only those within Government will know about these. 6. HSIS will be given carte blanche within the United States of Telamon 7. The Hutorian Royal Air Force will continue to resupply Benson Air Force Base through any and all means. 8. Any reciprocal actions or mobilizations by the Empire of Trigunia will automatically be met in kind. 9. The Military Readiness Level in Roccato will be moved to High Alert and All Air Force Assets will begin long term and distance patrols against any possible Trigunian or Telamonese incursions against the Kingdom of Hutori. |
