Description[?]:
It is time we repealed the Treason Act of 3132. If this is passed, then the following will no longer apply: 1) While advocacy and speech is protected by the Common Bill of Rights, proposal of the legislative abolition of the monarchy in Luthori by any party is equivalent to the crime of treason and sedition. 2) While advocacy and speech is protected by the Common Bill of Rights, proposal of the installation of a communist or socialist government is equivalent to the crime of treason. 3) In addition to regular sanctions outlined by the Imperial Un-Luthorian Activities Committee, classification of a party as a "non-member" of the IULAC, as opposed to an "observer" or to a "member", strips said party of Constitutional and legal protection. 4) The Constitutional and Legal rights of IULAC member parties are to be respected at all times. http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=320861 |

Random fact: The majority of nations in Particracy are "Culturally Protected" with an established cultural background. Only the "Culturally Open" nations are not bound by the rules surrounding culture. The Cultural Protocols Index should be consulted for more information about the cultural situation of each nation. |
