In order to guarantee the privacy of all peoples within the Republic of Hobrazia, whilst also guaranteeing that, in times of requirement, including but not limited to criminal hearings etc, all relevent information is available for scrutiny, the Government will allow the use of Habeas Data.
This law may not be used without a decision of not less than 2 senior judges of the Hobrazian Judiciary. Should any information be found not directly pertaining to the case at hand then this information may not be released into the public domain, nor may it be used in a Court of Law.
