Message | In the past, the AAS pushed back the minimum tax threshhold... with, obviously, the ratification and assistance of all the other active parties. Shortly after, we again doubled the minimum tax threshhold. Shortly after, we doubled the threshhold a third time. That is now being used as the cut-off point for 'low income' families. Those above that threshhold can reasonably be expected to adequately care for children with or without assistance. Those below, will require some intervention. |
