Voting deadline: December 3925
Description[?]:
It is our parties belief that internet access and a list of wide technological ranges should be available to and for the people. With just private companies with rights to the Internet Service, people can be took advantage of, overcharged, not given ISP, etc.. With this bill, the federal government would have an ISP alongside private companies who wont be bossed around by the government either. We hope you support. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change The government's policy on internet service providers (ISPs).
Old value:: Private companies provide internet service throughout the nation, without government interference.

Message | Oppose, It is barbaric in this civilised nation that we have to resort to nationalistion to get what we want. The private sector is perfectly capable of handling this. The current law underlines the fact that "Private companies provide internet..." this means that not 1, not 2, but many companies get the privilege of running ISPs. Because of the amount of competition, the other companies want to be able to "one-up" their opponents, they can do this by offering a USP (Unique Selling Point), this can range from a deals, offers or even a cheaper ISP. This mindset will lower the cost of ISPs regardless of your philosophy that it causes the opposite. |
