Mr Speaker With this bill we hope to improve this nations national parks, literacy rate, and artistic innovation and inspiration. The Libertarian Party did they part in bring the downfall of this nation, and we have seen that a change needs to be made. Would you have this countries people be nothing but illiterate, uneducated robots? We see the potential of this nation, and remember is history, and it must be preserved! |

Proposed: The government subsidises artistic institutions such as art schools and galleries, but does not subsidise individual artists.

Old value:: This matter is left up to the local governments.
Current: The state actively protects scenery, localities, cultural, and historical sites; it maintains an agency to preserve them untouched if public interest so requires.
Proposed: The state encourages and funds private efforts towards the protection of cultural and historical heritage.
Article 3

Old value:: Funding and operation of libraries is left entirely to local governments.

Message | Mr Speaker, I would remind the UN that in regards to article 2 and 3 they need only press for these policies at a local level rather than attempt to bring back more power to our chamber and let the people decide whether that policy would benefit their area. We will be voting against this as a result. |
