The in-game equivalent of Christianity is "Hosianism", and Christians are "Hosians". Looking at Cildania's Cultural Protocols (see http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=441340 ), the largest Hosian denomination in Cildania is the "Apostolic Department of Cildania", which is based on Eastern Christianity.
