| Rutanian News Station Nov 3927 "Today 150,000 people protested the suspected UN caused shooting at one of the united nationalists neighborhoods and at the homes of UN Cabinet members. A sudden shot rang out and a civilian was hit in the heart, dead from a bullet, and all hell broke loose. The 150,000+ Protesters began throwing molotovs, rocks, and burning cars and houses. They looted gun stores and began setting up barricades in what became a warzone. 5000 Dundorfian Trained Paramilitaries armed with 60 Heavy Artillery, 200 Dundorfian Tanks, and Heavy Small arms arrived on scene within hours. The fight became something of a movie with artillery strikes all over the district and civilians clashing in sporadic gun battles with fanatical UN paramilitaries. The casualty rate is unknown at the moment but estimates range from 1000-2000 paramilitaries and 10-15K Civilians dead. Rutanian Armed Forces soon arrived after the first clashes only to be fired upon by the paramilitaries heavy armor and artillery and a state of martial law has been declared in the district and RAF Have surrounded the ruined district." The army has been sent to support the police forces. The president has also urged the Ministry of Internal Affairs to act swiftly to deal with the circumstances and maintain order and the rule of law. The president added that if the paramilitary group decides to fight back against the protesters, he may issue a declaration of war against them as the situtation should be dealt with by the law enforcement and the central government as laws were broken during the protests. However, the government cannot disregard the murders as they were simply unnecessary and caused lives. The government cannot agree with the funding of paramilitaries as well. However, the government may settle with a damage reparation, for the UN paramilitary to register and proof all its losses and claim funding from the government. Thus, the updated plan is as follows 1. All paramilitary groups shall retreat from the areas of conflict immediately and let the central government resume control. 2.
