| After, the atheist-caused killings, the Court of Shades now believes that it is vital for atheists to identify themselves to the general public, in order to prevent further tragedies. Henceforth, with the passage of this bill, atheists will be required to wear a "Necklace of the Non-Believer" This necklace is a simple gold chain, with a large grey ball attached. This ball will have a GPS tracker, which the police will be able to access in the event of a crime. Please note: This is emergency legislation, that the CoS will seek to appeal once the group that bombed Shadow City has been brought to justice. This bill is just a measure to keep the public safe in the meantime. |
