A BILL to stop paying for everyones public transport but still fund piblic transport for the poor. This way we can get some income out of our transportation system without harming the poor. |

Message | While people may be able to afford public transportation, the issue here is that we want to PROMOTE public transportation. If 30 people decide that free public transportation is a good thing, then that's one bus shuttling those people around. If they decide that driving a car doesn't cost much more than public transportation and is more convenient for them, then that's 30 cars on the road polluting our air. |

Message | A- Look at the budget, last time i checked we were 67,000,000,000 below or something like that. I support this bill when there is an economy that can allow for it, but currently our fiscal situation is in no place to give the entire populace a free ride. When the economy comes back and we are in the black, we will re-enact this bill. |
