It would be considered a criminal act, to undermine the unity of the state. Although, The claims for devolution is not suppressed and should be scrutinised by Parliament. Acts that are considered as a threat to the State System: - Separatist rhetoric - Sectarianism, Ethnic or Religious - Regional economic independence without a compromise with the Central Authorities. Central Authorities have the right to intervene in order to protect the State and Ethnic minorities in the event of a presumed act that undermines Political and Social Solidarity. |
