| Mr. Speaker, The nation of Barmenia will be hosting the Royal Barmenian Fair in 3940. I propose the delegation consist of the following: Imperial Chancellor, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Luthori Ambassador to Barmenia (if position exists), and staff. If diplomatic relations have not yet been initialized between our nations, this is an opportunity to forge new bonds.
