MessageOOC: I don't need to explain the reasoning behind Article 1. All our provinces have equal populations therefore the current law has no effect whatsoever.

IC: In order to end this political debacle of Telamon being unable to form a government we must increase the number of representatives in order to make it easier to form a cabinet. Simply by increasing the number of candidates may mean enough parties can win enough seats to hold a majority, 225 seats is cripping us.
