Aim: To facilitate the movement, operation and cooperation of Domestic Agencies. Seeing that crime syndicates have become smarter and more technological. The strategy of bringing the horse to the water is no longer effective. They syndicates have made their foot print internationally as they escape the grasp of justice by hiding in foreign nations which are far beyond another nation's jurisdiction. It is time to bring the water to the horse. This bill hereby uses to powers of the following government ministries:- *Ministry of Internal Affairs *Ministry of Foreign Affairs *Ministry of Justice -The Ministry of Foreign Affairs opens channels for cooperation between nations of terra for this bill to be adapted and understood by both sides. -The Ministry of Internal Affairs allows for only a handful of the powers of the State Security Directorate, the GBD's Foreign Cooperative Doctrine, be shared among the following Agencies:- *Federal Drug Control Agency. *Federal Immigration and Migrations Service |
