Maybe now that we will probably have DWC ownership of industry, we should RP elections in them. I'm not sure how and what powers it will have, but I thought it might be interesting.

MessageI think I've got an idea on how it will work, though sadly not it's organization.

The Council of the Workers will deal only in economic matters and every decision must also be agreed to by the Senate.

MessageI have now built the simulator. It has 480 seats and gives the left wing parties an advantage (since it's public industry). I'll upload to a site and post the link here.

A WORD OF WARNING - This is biased to any left wing parties and gives them a considerable advantage. This is because it is for the 'Council of Workers'.

MessageI'll explain how it works:

Column one has the percent of seats the party received in the general election divided by 70.
Column two has this number multiplied by the number of seats (480)
Column three has wether the party is left or not. However many parties are left (y), then 100 is divided by (y). It is then imputed as a percent. If not, then they are equal to 0%.
Column 4 is the Independent seats multiplied by the 'left percent'.
Column 5 is the addition of the parties results from column 2 and 4.
Column 6 is the total number of seats rounded. (Note the largest party gets +1 in this case)

This is the breakdown of the current worker's council.

MessageNOTE: Sometimes, the percentage results are multiplied by 100. To deal with that, simply divide by 100 to get full result.

NOTE: Column 6 has to be manually edited

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation.

Random quote: "Perhaps the fact that we have seen millions voting themselves into complete dependence on a tyrant has made our generation understand that to choose one's government is not necessarily to secure freedom." - Friedrich Hayek
