| We have just received news from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Hutori that Ian "The Killer" Henrikson has been captured by the Hutorian Border Security Agency, as he tried to cross the Hutorian border from Kenai into the United States of Telamon. He is currently being held by the Hutorian Federal Police Service at an undisclosed location. The UDAP has requested the immediate deportation of Henrikson to Davostan |

| Message | As much as we want this terrorist arrested and the justice system deal with the terror leader. We cannot support a criminal system that prevents any form of trail, regardless of who it is. Our death penalty, justice system defines that before anyone can be executed, there must be an undeniable amount of proof before they can be executed. If this was not the case, we could execute anyone for any reason, which would lead Davostani down a dark, tyrannical route. A trial will allow the justice system to define whether or not he did or did not commit these murders, if he did, "Off with his head!" if not, he can be allowed free. We find it shocking that a party that proclaims itself as a "Liberal" will support such an authoritarian action. |

| Message | Today, Ian "The Killer" Henrikson. Stands before the Davostani courts, pleading for his life. The courts have full rights to order a death sentence onto the person, if the evidence is undeniable and the action is justified. Judge "We stand before the eyes of the Davostani law, on the admission that sir, Ian Henrikson, is guilty of the killings of 18,000-19,000 people, in the recent so-called "Black Wolves" terror attacks. The court is hereby in session and we will proceed with the evidence." Davostani Representative "We found sir Ian Henrikson, fleeing the nation by crossing the Hutori-Davostan border. In what can only be assumed, as an escape attempt, an escape to prevent any justice reaching his door. We stand before the courts, to determine that this, is our evidence of Ian Henrikson's crime." Judge "Is that all of the evidence you wish to bring to light?" Davostani Representative "He was also found carrying a T-Shirt with the writing, "Death to all races" in traditional Davostani language, when he was captured by Hutori police force. He is clearly guilty of these heinous crimes." Defendant Representative "Your honour, this is absurd. The evidence is lacklustre and no reasonable person can believe that this automatically declares him as the suspect or even the perpetrator. Henrikson may have escaped the nation as he feared being a target by the so-called "Black Wolves", and what ounce of actual evidence links my client to being the leader of the so-called "Black Wolves" anyway?" Davostani Representative "Well, you see... the national news outlet, told us that he was the leader." Defendant Representative "Right, the media told you what we wanted to hear. That we found who was responsible, that we found who to blame. My dear sir, when I stand here and watch as your mouth pours out these incredibly weak pieces of evidence, it makes me wonder. How, how can you attempt to try this innocent man of these crimes?" Judge "I've heard enough. Davostani Representative, if no valid ounce of evidence can be provided, then we will be forced to dismiss the court hearing. I will ask you again, for the final time, do you, have any undeniable evidence that he committed these atrocities?" Davostani Representative: "No your honour." Judge "I hereby declare this court session dismissed. All charges against Ian Henrikson are to be dropped, unless substantial amount of evidence can be unearthed that can prove he was guilty. Court dismissed!" |
