MessageMr Speaker,

My party partly agrees with this proposal as we strongly believe there should be a government owned set of libraries and archived facilities however we also believe in underprivileged areas who are less fortunate and do not have access to such facilities private sector libraries and research databases should be set up creating a brighter generation and a better economy,

We believe that government ran services are usually less efficient, and that negatively affects the economy.
