MessageOn practical grounds, I would suggest a round number. Then it would be easier to calculate how many votes are needed for a majority and so on. The best would be 1000, but that is not allowed. 100 work would work (the electoral system wouldn't really work differently, though in principle I agree that there should be more seats).

Of possible ones, how about 600? That divides evenly into 1/2 (300) needed to pass regular legislation and into 2/3 (400) needed to pass constitutional amendments?

MessageI think 700 is ok. It is easier for us to calculate the seats of each province.

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map.
