MessageIf the proposed policy change in Article 1 is seen as too expensive, we are willing to accept the less expensive alternative in Article 1, which reads as follows, 'The government subsidises tuition only for students from families classified as low-income or poor'.

MessageThe government should not be paying full tuition for anyone who wants a higher education. Subsidizes are for those who can not afford the costs, there is no need in giving an unfair advantage to the "lower class".
