Mr. Speaker, The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport has proposed a sensible change on how Luthori operates its nations power grid. This new system will be organised along Duchy territorial lines, and each duchy will now be in control of their transmission and distribution rates. Private companies will provide side by side with crown corporations for the duchies which opt for nationalisation of their power grid. The Rt Hon.
