| The NPH is in violation of the government's policy regarding regulation of media content as put into effect by the sejm. The current policy and the one in effect at the time of this incident is: There are laws against the publication of false information; everything else may be published freely. A definition of publication is: pub·li·ca·tion (p?b'l?-k?'sh?n) n. Communication of information to the public. See public.] On March 2172 NPH made this publication: Announcement from the Government of the Holy Luthori Empire This press message was released by the Government of the Holy Luthori Empire. The leader of The White Castle Party and HoS NPH has to inform the world that during March of 2172 the military wing of WCP has detonated nuclear dirty bombs throughout Luthori in order to head off a possible Civil War. WCP cagely detonated these weapons in all of Luthori's major population centers and throughout its vast system of bunkers. Initial estimates put civilian casualties at 50% with an expectation that it will rise to 90% due to extensive radiation poisoning. NPH's only comment from his super secret bunker was, "That which doesn't kill you makes you stronger." Among those dead was the Luthori Emperor Richard the Lionheart. It appears a new day has dawned in Luthori. Therefore NPH must be brought to court. |

| Message | As NPH is head of the government, what he engages in is not terrorism. Arming oneself against the government is in fact treason, punishable by death. The separatists are therefore guilty of treason and must be executed. If any corrupt party of Luthori should disagree w/ this, NPH will consider them at war with the govenment and will utilize his now total control of the nations nuclear arsenal to destroy the leadership of said party. Any attempt to strip NPH of said authority will also be considered an act of war and will similarly be responded to with a nuclear response targetting the leadership of said party. NPH regrets there will be collateral damage, but war is hell. |
