| Herr Speaker, We must allow prisoners to work for their future whilst they are serving their sentence. We are offering them a plan for reintegration in society, but this won't have any use if they don't have any money once they're out of jail. To decrease the chances that a criminal goes on the wrong path again, we should help them get the right funds for their life after jail. |
