| Whereas the arrival of the Trigunian Fleet in Badaran Waters signifies hostile intentions of the Trigunian Empire and the Axis of Evil (Trigunian Empire, Dorvish Republic, Hutori), it is hereby ordered: 1st Fleet be positioned in the Badaran Strait between Badara and Kafuristan. The 2nd Fleet will be positioned nearby. The 3rd Fleet shall position itself in the waters between Kafuristan, Saridan, and Badara. The 4th Fleet shall position itself in the Majatran Sea to the West of Badara. The 5th Fleet will remain where it is. |
