| Mr Speaker, Over the past 25 years our great nation has faced an increase of terror threats and attacks; their aim to inflict pain on oppositon groups who are a threat to their petty regimes. These growing incident have caused corrupt organisations to hold high influence upon our strong constitution. My Conservative Party wishes to introduce a terror threat level to allow emergency protocols and procedures to be implemented if we faced a severe attack. We propose the following; Low/Minor: No attack likely to take place Moderate: It is possible but not at major risk Substantial: An attack is likely Severe: An attack is very likely Critical: An attack is expected imminently We do not want to scare or worry citizens however this is a necessary measure not to be taken lightely, Thank you in advance, Duke Samuel Constantine II Consul to the Royal Family Factio Conservativa |
