Message | We agree a free market is the best way to provide innovation, however if we allow our medicine to be subject to competitive pricing, lower income families and individuals are going to suffer. |

Message | The solution would be the government aiding poor families to pay supply/demand appropriate prices, not punishing the private sector by forcing lower prices than demand calls for. |

Message | We are disappointed that there will be no pricing regulations introduced. Surely when you introduce government subsidies the idea of 'free market' falls to pieces and what you have is private companies deciding how much profit they want to make at the expense of the taxpayer and the sick. While we reject the false ideology behind this bill, we will support it if only for the case of subsidies for those on low income. |
