Current: Private companies are responsible for disposing of their own waste. The government disposes of residential waste.

Message | I am confused as to how these are included in the same legislation. I can agree with the merit that article 2 has, however, article 1 is dangerous to the environment and my party will not allow for this to happen. As your minister of the environment, I ask that everyone vote against this bill. |
