Bill: Forensic Database Reform

Details

Submitted by[?]: Mordusian Revolutionary Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 3965

Description[?]:

Our government keeps a database of forensic evidence like DNA. The problem is that we don't just keep the DNA of convicted criminals; we also keep the DNA of innocent suspects, even after they are cleared of all charges. This is deplorable.
