| OOC: This is considered a secret Presidential Defense Decree (Verteidigung Dekret No 2-3973) No 2-3973. "Pursuant to the Law on Defense (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=368238) which grants the President of the Dorvish Republic the authority of Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Force, the President in his role as Supreme Commander decrees the undertaking of "Unternehmen Maharbaal" (Operation Maharbaal) with general permission outlines that the Dorvish Marine's South Ocean Fleet is to intercept the Trigunian Mad Dog Fleet before it arrives at Al'Badara to deploy "peacekeepers", a ruse to intervene in the Cildanian invasion of Al'Badara. Underneath the command of 1. Vice Admiral (Vizeadmiral) Matthäus von Weinsedorf the South Ocean Fleet (Südseeflotte) - Unternehmensführer 2. Captain of the Sea (Kapitän zur See) Gregor Sperl of the 1st U-boat Flotilla (1. Unterseebootsflottille) - Stellvertreter Unternehmensführer 3.
