| Prologue: To better ensure our people purchase and use environmentally friendly vehicles, the Voronan government will be offering a subsidy program which ensures that environmentally friendly vehicles are considerably cheaper and better than non-environmentally friendly vehicles. There will also be a 20% tax rate placed on non-environmentally friendly vehicles to help pay for this program. Articles. 1) The government will pay for the 50% of all costs to create an environmentally friendly vehicle. 2) The government will pay 50% of the costs to purchase an environmentally friendly vehicle. 3) The government will enforce a 20% increased sales tax on the creation and distribution of non-environmentally friendly vehicles. |
