| Prologue: With the current economical and social troubles our great nation has been enduring for the past few decades, we can longer fund a long-term international aid program. We regret that we cannot give money away freely anymore, even to benefit the nations worse-off than Vorona. We cannot afford the aid program right now and once the economy picks up again, we'll consider reinstating the program. Articles. 1) All foreign aid programs are to no longer receive government funding, they are free to pursue charitable or personal finance methods however. |
