Message | No, it doesn't. People with these conditions will not be allowed to have guns, same as now, but the idea of this bill is to increase regulation and establish a license, that will allow to keep a register of all the weapons holded by individuals. Also the kind of weapons that could be sold to public will be regulated. Apparently not, because it allows to all individuals (unless they have criminal history or have severe mental illnesses ) to buy firearms without further control. |
