| The Ministry for State Security shall be established and will report directly to the Minister of Justice. They will operate under the directive to squash any Communist revolutionary attempts. A Committee for Public Safety will provide oversight to the ministry, and will be chaired by a representative from the Head of State, with each party having the option to send one member to the committee. However, the Justice Minister will still have a large degree of autonomy over the newly created ministry. As my final act of President, I urge the House of Commons to skip the debates and pass this legislation quickly. There are right now as we speak, people who seek to terrorise us into submission.
