| Message | OOC: We as a nation must re-affirm our cultural protocols over the course of the next month or so to maintain their validity. Not only would it be good practice to maintain evolving cultural statistics, but it would also aid the modification of the cultural protocols each time they need to be affirmed in a cultural period. |
