- For the betterment of the nation we propose reintroducing the slave trade. The lower races should be put to the service of the higher. Through their servitude they can learn from the more advanced races and one day they too can be civilized. We propose stripping the rights of citizenship from the following ethnic groups: Majatrans Turjak Article I: All persons with Majatran or Turjak lineage hereby are stripped of all rights as citizens. Article II: All persons with Majatran or Turjak lineage shall report to their nearest police station immediately where they shall hand over all possessions to the nation of Deltaria. There they are to be processed, and detained until they are sold by the state to private buyers. Profits shall go to the region that sold them with 10% going to the federal government of Deltaria |
