Message | Mr. Speaker, We call upon the parties of this assembly, especially the Frisinnet Parti, to vote in favor of this provision. The rule of a committee is a more democratic procedure as opposed to the rule of a single individual. I ask members to look plainly at this issue for there is a simple answer, aye. This is not, as the bourgeois press might put it, a communist attack against current governance. This is a common initiative for greater democracy at the local level. |
