MessageAnother example of the conservatives and confederates to pass power to corrupt local officials. The RSP cannot, and will not, support this measure, or any measure that passes power to local governance.

MessageLocal officials are notoriously corrupt. Through out history when the central government proposes new or radical changes local governments are the first to oppose them. Based only on the regional prejudices or back room deals with local businesses that have vested interests in blocking change. This happens all over the world.
