| Seeing as the Committee has had little attention, we propose the bill straight away. Antono I Alexandra is to become the first Emperor of Zardugal and several other government functions shall change. This bill will also form a Committee to Write a Formal Constitution, which shall write up the formal constitution with no changes from the reforms instituted by this bill. A purely consultative Council of Nobles shall also be convened once every five years to advise the Emperor and to advise the government from a non-partisan viewpoint. |
