Message | Mr Speaker, I thank my coalition partner for raising this issue. Any current residential building in Marliata will remain standing and unaffected. We believe that the situation will improve for these residents, as the new investment will allow further retail opportunities to thrive around them. Upgrades to infrastructure, including a new school and medical facilities in the area are also part of the plan. |

Message | Mr Speaker, This is exactly the kind of investment we need in our cities, and as Gadur continues to improve, we believe that the establishment of this new business district is something to be celebrated. We wholeheartedly support this, and are glad to see that the Social Democratic party has come round to the idea of private sector investment. |

Message | Mr. Speaker We seek to add our comment; "With the recently passed bill on reduction of tax on luxury, private business & commodities, this will attract mass investment leading to job creation, infrastructure development and modernization. The All Progressive Party feels grateful to be part of this land marking development which will forever be in history". Random fact: It is not allowed to call more than 5 elections in 5 game years in a nation. The default sanction for a player persisting in the early election tactic will be a seat reset. |
