Bill: 3985 Articles of Confederation

Details

Submitted by[?]: Bailonese Council Communist Party (BCCP)

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 3985

Description[?]:

To give locals the power to determine their own laws. Fellow Beluzians, observe the union between the Conservative Party and the Confederates, both on different sides of the political spectrum. This union is only possible because we respect each others boundaries.

We ask the other parties to see the value of giving locals the right to determine their own laws, respecting their right to self-determination and autonomy.

This is not about communism, fascism, socialism or any other particular ideology, this is about diversity through division. Let the communist communities be communist communities, let the fascist communities be fascist communities, let socialist communities be socialist communities, let conservative communities be conservative communities. Let the locals decide the nature of their own community.

Either we devolve or argue each other to death.

Whatever decision you make now or later, freedom is inevitable, all empires of the past fell because they violated the right of self-determination, the only universal right.

Random fact: When your party holds the foreign affairs department, you can create new treaties. However, before writing anything new, it is a good idea to search for existing treaties which already accomplish what you desire.
