| Message | Mr Speaker, This budget restores funding that is incredibly needed without increasing taxes. In fact, all of this budget will be paid for based on taxes already levied, and should lead to a surplus budget. The injection of this government spending should lead to an increase in the GDP as money is currently being drained in the form of taxes from the economy without the subsequent reinjection of spending by the government. In fact Mr Speaker, we estimate that this spending will account for under 10% of the GDP once implemented. As of September 3986, this spending would represent 11.6% of the GDP, without accounting for the GDP growth which Zardugal will see by the dispensing of these funds. In fact, this level of spending is still far too low in the opinion of the NSD and we will introduce a subsequent budget to further increase government spending.
