| Prologue: To better represent the people, I am proposing a legislative term increase to 72 months (6 years) from our current 48 months (4 years) Articles. 1. The Federal Senate will hold an election every 72 months or 6 years to redefine the Federal Senates party boundaries. 2. The Presidential seat will hold an election every 72 months or 6 years to define who will represent the people at the Presidential level. 3. The Head of Government seat will hold an election after every General Election to define which party will own and control the Head of Government seat. 3.1 The Head of Government seat is not required to hold an election after any other Senate or Presidential election. 4. On the passing of this bill, an Early Election will be called to introduce the legislative term into the system. |
