| Senators, The evil nation of Trigunia, inviolation of al, that is right and holy, and in their abhorent support for the Deltarian genocidal slavers, has cowardly attacked and sunk one of our ships in the strait between Cildania and Selucia. In response to this reprehensible and unwarranted agression against our Kingdom's sovereignty and the laws of God and men, and in pursuance to the Condemnation of Deltarian Savagery Act, the Kingdom of Cildania hereby declares war on the warmongers in the Trigunian Empire, until such time that peace and justice are restored on Terra.
