For the people to be able to form informed opinions it is imperative that they have access to independent and varied sources of information. This bill is an effort to break the government's information monopoly. |

Message | Even if that is the case, the policies in question prevent the people from forming informed opinions. When popular opinion is the result of one-sided and government-controlled information popular opinion is no adequate criterion. Elementary civil rights are violated here. |
